Key Responsibilities:

- Type at a minimum of 30-35 WPM, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all communication channels

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, suggesting opportunities to enhance the customer service operation

Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 30-35 WPM
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms

Preferred Qualifications:
