Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with clients and customers through inbound and outbound calls. You'll be responsible for providing accurate and timely information, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to inbound calls from clients and customers, providing accurate and timely information on claims status, eligibility, and benefit information

  • Take both Member and Provider calls, using your excellent communication skills to resolve issues and exceed customer satisfaction expectations
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes quickly and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Use proficient computer skills to navigate our Avaya system and access client information
  • Demonstrate empathy and the ability to control conversations/calls, ensuring a positive experience for clients and customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1 year of customer service experience, with a focus on call center environments
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Avaya systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes quickly and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Empathy and the ability to control conversations/calls, ensuring a positive experience for clients and customers
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a healthcare call center environment

  • Experience with Avaya systems and other call center software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

Glider Assessment

As part of our hiring process, we require a Glider Assessment, which includes an overall scoring of 85% and a typing speed of 30+ WPM. Candidates who do not meet this criteria will not be considered.

Start Date

The start date for this position is February 26, 2024. All candidates must be available for this date and must complete all background checks and drug screens prior to starting.

Work Schedule

This is a contract position, with a work schedule of 40 hours per week. You'll be required to work any shift between 8:00AM and 8:00PM, with the option to work the 11:30AM-8:00PM shift.
