As a part-time remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities

* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers
  • Assist in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where applicable
  • Make business transactions, manage money, and process payments with precision
  • Keep the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly
  • Monitor product status and assist with returns and exchanges
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
  • Stay connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) environment

  • Experience in Digital Threat Knowledge (CTI) systems and applications, particularly in the areas of Detect, Secure, Answer, and Recover
  • US Government Top Secret/Touchy Compartmented Data with polygraph clearance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and friendly approachable behavior
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the utilization, handling, and analysis of strategic (specialized) CTI in a functional environment, supporting detection, recognition, and response abilities

  • Understanding of CTI techniques and application ideas, with the ability to train and guide new CTI colleagues
  • Ability to convert raw data from sensors, incident response commitment, and other sources into reports and briefings
  • Ability to present written or verbal data to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to take complex, uncertain points, build procedures, and influence partners
  • Fantastic team player with the ability to work in fast-paced and constantly evolving conditions

  • Base salary range: $126,000 - $189,000 per year
