Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team, including data entry, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Entering claims information into our claims management systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Following up on missing information to ensure timely processing of claims.
  • Reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information to support business decisions.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6-12 months of work experience in a customer service or data entry role.
  • Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
