Job Summary
We are seeking personable and energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our team of remote agents. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Key Responsibilities
* Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Schedule appointments for home repair companies
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
* Must be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin
- Ability to work weekends
- Proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
- Good typing, computer, and customer service skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
