Job Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst – IT, you'll be responsible for leading the analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design and implement data solutions, and communicate insights to stakeholders. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design and implement data solutions, and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and customer experience teams
• Design and implement data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and drive business decisions
• Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in online business stage development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, or Tableau
• Strong SQL skills, with experience working with large datasets and complex queries
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as software engineering, data science, or business analytics

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark
• Certification in data science, business intelligence, or a related field
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
