The Sr Business Process Analyst, CRM provides timely and consistent best-in-class system support, setup and enhancements in the areas of Trade Promotion Planning, Trade Promotion Optimization, Trade Promotion Execution, Claims Management, Customer Relationship Management, Consumer Services and related Analytics. This role is defined as “Locally Remote.” Locally Remote employees must be located within a reasonable commute of our Westlake Village, CA office and able to come to the office in-person as needed with 24-hour advanced notice (no travel reimbursement).

Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Primary/secondary IT point of contact relating to SAP and other system functions supporting Trade Promotion planning, optimization & execution, Claims Management, Customer Relationship Management, Consumer Interaction Services and related Analytics.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot & resolve system issues related to business system processes, setup & data.
  • Monitor and handle the integration between SAP CRM/TPM and other SAP and non-SAP applications.
  • Collaborate with the Business Process Manager to design, configure, test & deploy solutions that effectively fulfil business requirements.
  • Keep up to date with latest trends and solutions in these areas to further enhance and improve our solution portfolio.
  • Participate in implementation projects, upgrades & enhancements.
  • Assist in ensuring that processes and operations comply with corporate policy, IT policy and SOX General Computer Controls.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience, Knowledge, & Skills You Bring:

  • 3 or more years of experience in designing, configuring, testing, implementing and supporting system solutions in one or more of the following SAP functions:
  • Trade Promotion Management (promotion planning and execution, funds and spend management, performance analysis)
  • Sales and Pricing (promotional tactics and pricing conditions, pricing and profitability analysis)
  • Condition Contracts (rebates, billbacks and other special conditions)
  • Claims & Settlement Management, including integration with Dispute Case Management
  • Exposure to one or more of the following areas is a significant advantage.
  • Analytical tools such as SAP Business Objects, SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI
  • Exposure to data warehouses and data lakes
  • Functional and system integration with other functions including Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing
  • System security, authorization and access control
  • Trade Optimization and Revenue Growth Management Solutions
  • Working knowledge of SAP CRM
  • Participated in full software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge or certifications working with ITIL/ITSM methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP “best practices” for implemented modules.
  • Strong ability to assimilate knowledge of SAP and other systems and see them as a collective whole.

Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is required
  • Advanced degree(s) or related certification(s) are nice to have

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit and use the computer for extended periods of time; ability to answer phones and use a variety of office equipment; ability to lift 15 pounds and reach overhead.

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel may be required (approx. less than 10%)

The pay rate offered will consider a wide range of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, accomplishments, and location.
