Headway’s Talent team is hiring a Contract Sourcer to help us find and engage exceptional technology talent for our fast-growing teams. In this role, you’ll lean on trusted sourcing techniques and creative strategies to uncover talent beyond the obvious channels. You’ll know how to navigate niche communities, leverage referrals, and craft compelling outreach that stands out in crowded inboxes. You’ll also partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate profiles and ensure a seamless candidate experience from the very first interaction. This role is mission-critical as we build the team that will power Headway’s next stage of growth. You will:

  • Source top talent for Clinical and G&A roles, using both proven methods and creative approaches to engage hard-to-reach candidates.
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Greenhouse while also tapping into talent communities, competitor mapping, referrals, and other advanced sourcing channels.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies, share market insights, and build diverse, high-quality pipelines.
  • Conduct initial screens to assess talent and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

You’ll be a good fit if:

  • You have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (required), and are skilled with Gem and Greenhouse (highly preferred).
  • You bring trusted experience applying creative sourcing strategies such as market mapping, engaging niche networks, leveraging events, and crafting differentiated outreach.
  • You’ve sourced across a range of technical roles in fast-paced, high-growth companies.
  • You thrive in a metrics-driven environment, balancing speed with quality to deliver diverse, well-aligned pipelines.
  • You’re detail-oriented, resourceful, and energized by the challenge of turning tough searches into great hires.
