Job Summary

arenaflex is hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative to join our International Voice team in Hyderabad. This is a work-from-home/office opportunity that offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by expediting orders and resolving post-sales issues. You will primarily communicate with customers through mail, chat, and phone, utilizing various software tools to navigate customer accounts, review policies, and provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales problems

  • Communicate with customers via mail, chat, and phone
  • Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies
  • Provide effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum qualification is 10+2. Any graduate/PG is eligible to apply

  • Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Clear communication with both internal and external customers
  • Good comprehension skills and ability to address customer issues appropriately
  • Proficiency in using a desktop/laptop computer system, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Good typing skills

* Prior experience in a customer service role or a related field
