Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer service and sales support to potential and current customers
  • Consistently deliver a great customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, professional, and satisfying
  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide sound solutions to meet their needs
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to build trust, rapport, and loyalty with customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ years of customer service, call center, or retail experience required
  • Minimum 1-year sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues in a professional and calm manner
  • Must respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality

Technical Requirements

To perform this role, you will need to have the following equipment:

  • A laptop or desktop (cannot be an Apple product, Surface, or Chromebook) with Windows 10
  • Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable
  • USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone
  • Webcam (external or embedded)
  • Smartphone

Compensation and Benefits

Work Schedule

As a Remote Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Your schedule may include:

  • 8-hour shifts
