Job Overview

This permanent work-from-home position is available to candidates in the PST/CST/MST time zone and offers a competitive pay range, as well as a $1000 sign-on bonus and an additional $2000 retention bonus 180 days after the start date. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing empathetic and member-centric service, educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a high degree of adaptability, empathy, and patience. The following qualifications are required:

• Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate
• Ability to apply patience in high-pressure situations
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills
• Or, equivalent military experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Customer Service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
• High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
