Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting clients, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Handling data entry tasks, including processing transactions, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting clients with their purchases, including recommending products and services, and providing information on promotions and discounts
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste
• Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

Key Skills and Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail or customer service an asset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
