Manager, Sales - NA Living
The Sales Manager, Living Solutions leads a regional team of Account Executives responsible for driving revenue growth, client retention, and market penetration. This role combines hands-on deal coaching with pipeline management and performance oversight to ensure team success. The Manager is accountable for meeting and exceeding ARR quotas while maintaining MRI's high standards for client centricity and cross-functional collaboration.Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of quota-carrying AEs focused on new business acquisition
- Drive pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance
- Support individual deal strategy, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Analyze team performance metrics to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to optimize territory coverage, campaigns, and sales enablement
- Ensure accurate CRM usage and data hygiene for forecasting and reporting
- Facilitate ongoing training and development in sales methodology and product knowledge
- Champion MRI's culture, values, and client-first approach across the team
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales and Manager experience with proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Deep industry specialization and recognized subject matter expert within the real estate or PropTech domain
- Expert-level understanding of consultative and solution-selling methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to sell to C-suite executives and influence long-term strategic decisions
- Proven ability to drive product adoption and influence internal strategy.
