About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Staff Assistant I, Technical Operations. This role is an integral part of our Care Staff Group within the Integrated Operations Division, responsible for providing administrative support to the team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for employees in the group, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Manage overtime handling, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of training sessions, promoting continuous learning and development
  • Maintain WorkBrain sections for all representatives, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Act as a backup when required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Meet productivity standards, typing at a speed of 35 words per minute

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • High school diploma or GED equivalency
  • Preferred qualifications include experience working with PCs and Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Workbrain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A professional working attitude, with a strong emphasis on self-motivation, organization, and time management

Essential Skills and Competencies

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other applications
  • Ability to utilize PowerPoint, creating engaging presentations and reports
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Workbrain, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
