Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging directly with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, including product inquiries, technical issues, and billing concerns
• Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions, using your critical thinking skills and knowledge of our products and services

Qualifications
