Job Summary

As a Technical Support and Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and customer care to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and ensure that our clients receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with technical issues related to QuickBooks, including hardware, software, and networking problems

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues using conceptual thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Ensure that service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport
  • Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer experience and business performance
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and provide solutions

Education Requirements

* High school diploma or GED is required, and you must be at least 18 years of age
