Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative (Outbound), you'll be responsible for:

• Learning our proprietary approach to delivering scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings
• Gaining a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently, while upholding our high standards of customer support
• Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, demonstrating your ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Participating in daily stand-up meetings with your team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improvement
