Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your ultimate goal is to deliver a positive experience that solves customers' challenges in one call. You'll be working to resolve issues, drive sales, and promote products and services that will keep our customers happy and connected. This is a work-from-home role that requires a high level of self-discipline, time management, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Drive sales and promote products and services that meet our customers' needs
  • Apply resources to determine the right solutions for complex customer challenges
  • Work a schedule that is primarily evenings and weekends (and occasional holidays)
  • Meet all home office requirements and maintain a private workspace free of distractions

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of customer service or sales experience
  • Willingness to work a non-traditional schedule
  • Meet all home office requirements and be located in the state of Florida

Even better if you have:

  • Demonstrated self-discipline, time management, and ability to collaborate virtually
  • Experience resolving customer issues, billing, and/or handling product Q&A
  • Interest in learning new technologies
  • Experience promoting and/or selling products and services
  • Demonstrated communication skills
