[Remote] Spanish Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone calls and provide excellent customer support
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS with speed and professionalism
• Research and resolve complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
• Follow up on all written correspondence and escalate issues to the customer service manager as necessary
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure problem resolution and promote customer satisfaction

Skills

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to type 50+ words per minute
• Capability to work in a high-volume inbound call center environment while maintaining quality standards
• 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, help desk, or call center roles
• Ability to type 60+ words per minute
• Working knowledge of website navigation
