[Remote] Associate, Business Operations Support Specialist (1225)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Consortium Health Plans is a company focused on supporting Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies in the healthcare market. The Business Operations Support Specialist will assist in day-to-day operations and special projects across various teams, primarily in project management and human resources activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the performance of day-to-day activities and special projects as assigned across CHP teams with a primary focus on project management support and human resources activities
- Responsibilities may include creating PowerPoint presentation material, coordinating across teams to manage the preparation of internal and external deliverables, supporting the contracts team, creating surveys, benefits administration, new hire onboarding and similar duties
- The individual will partner with functional area managers to execute annual corporate and departmental goals
- Comply with all information privacy and security policies as specified in the “Consortium Health Plans Information Privacy & Security Policy Manual”
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or other related field; experience in lieu of degree may be considered
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot)
- Project management experience of multiple workstreams
- Business operations experience of 1-3 years preferred
- Experience working in a matrix environment is a plus
