Business Development Representative

United Green Connections is a national cannabis brokerage and procurement firm specializing in connecting cultivators, processors, and retailers. They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to focus on the New York cannabis market, sourcing inventory and supporting deal execution.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach to New York–licensed cannabis operators
  • Source and procure cannabis inventory, including flower, concentrates, and bulk inputs
  • Identify new buying and selling opportunities within the NY market
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing New York accounts
  • Track active deals, pricing, and communications within the CRM
  • Collaborate with internal team members to match buyer demand with seller inventory
  • Monitor New York market trends, pricing, and supply conditions
  • Support deal execution, including follow-ups on agreements, payments, and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with New York regulations

Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in cannabis, B2B sales, wholesale, or procurement
  • Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active deals
  • Familiarity with New York cannabis licensing, compliance, and product categories
  • Experience using CRM systems (Distru) and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow in a developing market
