Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients’ insurance and financial protection needs, provide financial education, and recommend strategic solutions that support long-term goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service-focused support
- Engage new clients using our proprietary training system, strategic networking, referrals, and community outreach
- Execute marketing initiatives that support sustainable growth
- Assist clients with claims, policy updates, and renewals to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Prepare and present insurance proposals
- Clearly explain coverage options and guide clients toward appropriate solutions
- Conduct detailed meetings to assess insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, policies, and sales activity
- Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory updates
- Maintain or obtain a valid insurance license within the required timeframe
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
- Basic math skills and an understanding of financial concepts are helpful
- No prior finance or insurance experience required—training and mentorship are provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license (typically completed within 1–2 weeks with provided resources)
