[Remote] Associate Attorney
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is a nationally recognized creditor’s rights law firm headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. They are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join their bankruptcy practice, focusing on high-volume legal representation of mortgage lenders and servicers in bankruptcy-related matters.
Responsibilities
- Represent creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings
- Manage a high-volume caseload independently
- Draft legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Attend hearings (virtually or in person) and communicate with courts as needed
- Maintain effective and timely communication with clients and team members
- Work collaboratively with paralegals, legal support staff, and other attorneys
Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- License To Practice Law In Illinois Required
- Excellent organizational, communication, and legal writing skills
- Ability to handle a large caseload in a fast-paced legal environment
- Previous bankruptcy or foreclosure experience a plus, but not required
