Entry Level Cloud ERP Implementation Consultant - Summer 2026
Impact Advisors is a nationally recognized healthcare management consulting firm delivering advisory, implementation, and optimization services. They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Cloud ERP Implementation Consultant to drive transformation in healthcare operations through the implementation of innovative technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members who will help you discover ways to empower leaders, clinicians, employees, affiliates, and communities to achieve positive patient outcomes
- Interact one on one with all levels of healthcare and consulting professionals to grow and broaden your perspectives and career
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of cloud ERP software solutions for clients
- Participate in discovery sessions to understand client business processes and requirements
- Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, and validation
- Document system configurations, test cases, and user training materials
- Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support
- Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to ensure project milestones are met
- Learn ERP system functionality and stay current on product updates and best practices
Skills
- Anticipated Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general), Expected Graduation: May 2026
- Exposure to business operations such as HR, Finance/Accounting, and Supply Chain
- Internship or academic experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, Netsuite, etc.)
- Motivated emerging professional with a passion for improving business operations through technology improvement projects
- Collaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions
- Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level
- Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Must be authorized to work in the US, visa sponsorship not supported
