Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing timely and effective support to our customers through our online chat system. You'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions using our pre-approved templates. With full training provided, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Essential Qualifications

* Moderate English language skills (written and verbal)
