About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. You'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support and guidance to customers who contact us with a variety of questions and concerns. Your success will be driven by your ability to lead and foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and service.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms

• Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues
• Go above and beyond to wow our customers, providing personalized support and guidance to meet their unique needs
• Adhere to high safety and regulatory standards, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible care and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
• Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
