About the Opportunity
This exciting contract opportunity is a 3-4 month commitment, with the potential to extend or lead to a permanent role. As a Part-time Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client data, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results. Job Details
As a Part-time Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Entering client employee payroll information and personal employee data into internal and external systems in a timely and accurate manner
- Updating client and company-level information, including delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
- Maintaining accurate account information and ensuring the integrity of client taxes
- Working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results and meet client expectations
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
- Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule and Location
* Monday to Friday schedule
- Ability to commute or relocate to the Charlotte, NC area (14620) before starting work
