Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling all incoming issues and resolving them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills.
  • Acting as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
  • Following up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and providing updates to customers as needed.
  • Anticipating and mitigating any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience.
  • Assisting hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs.
  • Responding quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette.
  • Previous customer service experience, with a strong track record of resolving customer issues.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to train in Salesforce.
  • Basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency, with the ability to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects.
  • A High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its regulations.
