Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representatives to work remotely for a Fortune 500 company in the global healthcare industry. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour, weekly pay, and a full benefits package offered upon permanent hire. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming issues and resolve them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills
  • Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer; research, resolve, and track customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
  • Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed
  • Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience
  • Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and e-mail etiquette
  • Previous customer service experience and comfort with sitting in front of a computer for the majority of your shift
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort with training in Salesforce
  • Basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency and the ability to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects
  • A High School Diploma or GED
