About the Role

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life and resolving complex consumer issues in a fast-paced environment. You will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. With our comprehensive 5-day paid training program, you will be well-equipped to prepare for the State Insurance Exam and become a Licensed Insurance Agent. We will provide a Trainer, study materials, cover the cost, and schedule your state exam, and after you pass, we will support you in obtaining your license in the 50 states/territories we operate in.

Key Responsibilities

As a Pre-Licensed Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues
• Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns
• Providing support to policyholders with any policy changes requested
• Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience minimum
• To be over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home with arenaflex, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Internet Connection Requirements:
  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
• Proof of internet speed required
• Clean and quiet workspace
