Key Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services

Schedule Offerings

We offer a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs:

  • Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST
  • Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST

Compensation

Our compensation package includes:

  • A competitive salary range of $43,680 - $43,680 per year

Work from Home Technology Requirements

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you will need:

  • A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
  • A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • A private network that is password-protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service provided by a cable or fiber internet service provider (ISP)
  • ISP download speeds of at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred

Work from Home Location Requirements

This role is 100% work from home. We are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories. Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California.
