Blu Petroleum Inc is a premier distributor of petroleum products in the Chicagoland area, seeking an outgoing and financially motivated Outside Customer Success Manager. The role involves servicing customers, developing sales action plans, and creating strategies to improve margins and productivity in a competitive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Servicing new and existing customers
  • Developing and implementing sales action plans
  • Creating cost effective strategies to improve margins and productivity
  • Participating as a team member to set and achieve sales goals

Skills

  • Previous experience with wholesale field sales
  • Previous experience in the fuel or construction industry
  • Familiarity with outside sales in a very competitive industry
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, and writing programs
  • Willingness to meet customers anywhere including job sites
  • Sales: 1 year
  • Customer Service: 3 years
  • Outside sales: 1 year
  • Candidates with fuel experience will be given priority review
  • Associate degree
