[Remote] Business Development Representative

Daxko powers wellness to improve lives and is seeking a Business Development Representative to be the first touchpoint for potential customers. The role involves engaging with leads, conducting discovery calls, and partnering with Account Executives to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads — turning curiosity into conversations and conversations into booked demos
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand business needs and qualify opportunities
  • Partner with Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations and set up successful sales meetings
  • Manage and nurture leads through Outreach cadences — ensuring every prospect feels valued and informed
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, outreach strategy, and goals
  • Consistently hit and exceed targets for calls, emails, meetings, and demos booked
  • Keep accurate, detailed notes and activity tracking in Salesforce and Outreach

Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months – 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience
  • 1+ year of experience in SaaS sales or another business development role
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Outreach
  • Fitness or wellness industry experience is a plus!
