[Remote] Home Inspector Salary ($50-$75k)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. House Buyers of America is a residential real estate investment company that specializes in buying, renovating, and reselling homes. The Home Inspector will be responsible for performing due diligence inspections, assisting with construction tasks, and ensuring that properties are in good condition.
Responsibilities
- Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions / specific repairs needed
- Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties
- Assist construction and settlement teams with tasks that need to be completed in the field
- Ensure punch-out items are complete and take detailed photos of the construction process
- Inspect homes on a daily basis to ensure progress is being made
- Install/remove lockboxes and other marketing material
- Deliver any necessary equipment to houses
Skills
- You have a Bachelor's Degree or higher
- You have great communication skills and computer skills
- Prefer a Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA, but not a firm requirement
