As a Business Development Representative, you will identify potential customers, initiate conversations, and schedule meetings for sales teams, all while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship in sales techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads who fit our clients’ target markets
  • Reach out to prospects to start meaningful conversations
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for our clients’ Account Executives
  • Learn to use industry-leading sales tools and CRMs
  • Collaborate with your team to test new messaging, refine strategies, and celebrate wins together
  • Bring energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude to every day — because we’re all about learning and improving
