And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Position Summary: As the Lead Director of Aetna Campaigns and Communications, you will partner with and report to the Head of Communications, Aetna. This is a visible role, spanning the clinical, technology, provider and broader operations team to shape a distinctive Aetna narrative and build holistic, multi-channel communications campaigns. The successful candidate will have experience working with companies in transformation and can seamlessly weave an executive platform into a business narrative under one, unified communications program. This role will serve as a combination of outside-in thinker, strategic partner, campaign leader and - at times - roll-up your sleeves doer. You will have partnership accountability to multiple leaders and responsibility to advance the work in a matrixed environment. More specifically, the remit includes but is not limited to competitive tracking, external trend spotting, transformation storytelling, modern content development across Earned, Owned and Social channels, campaign management and reporting.
