Job Summary

As our Senior Manager of Remote Services, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals in delivering exceptional service to our remote members. You'll be a hands-on leader who can identify opportunities for growth and improvement, recommend and implement solutions, and drive results through metrics, processes, and accountability. Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service professionals in delivering exceptional service to remote members

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, recommend and implement solutions
  • Drive results through metrics, processes, and accountability
  • Build a scalable remote platform that meets the needs of our members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members, agents, and internal teams
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* 7+ years' experience in leading a multifaceted contact center and remote sales, servicing, and delivery of products and services

  • Prior experience managing a contact center with a minimum of 30+ agents
  • Banking and/or financial services experience required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in sales management, cross-selling, and strengthening relationships

  • Ability to build a scalable remote platform
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other contact center technologies
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service and contact center operations
  • Experience with performance-based bonuses and incentive metrics
