Job Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Integrating business objectives into technical guides and advancing our broader frameworks methodology to stay ahead of changing business needs
- Leading a technical team to deliver robust frameworks that create business value
- Driving best practices across the team, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability for quality and practicality of expectations
- Leading the team to identify opportunities and implement smart fixes
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive business outcomes and address technical challenges
- Utilizing data to drive decision-making and business activity, communicating technical ideas to stakeholders, and influencing/leading cross-functional partners
- Inspiring design teams to work together, building industry-leading engineering foundations, driving adoption, and delivering impact
Minimum Capabilities:
* 15 years of experience overseeing infrastructure foundation planning and delivery
- 10 years of experience overseeing people, managers, and teams, as well as teaching and developing a team
- 5 years of experience on scaled and high-touch support, overseeing cross-functional partners, and utilizing core skills
Preferred Capabilities:
* Experience in business engineering, frameworks planning, frameworks coordination, data design, and solutions delivery
- Ability to use data to drive strategy and business activity, communicate technical ideas to stakeholders, and influence/lead cross-functional partners
- Ability to inspire design teams to work together, build industry-leading engineering foundations, drive adoption, and deliver impact
- Ability to tackle complex issues and scale across an organization and distributed team
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
About the Gig:
The Head of Emotionally Supportive Networks drives the team that provides frameworks to address the support needs of arenaflex clients, viewers, creators, and paid subscribers. In this role, you'll work to empower the support activities teams to provide key insights that enable arenaflex to understand client needs and grow.
