Key Responsibilities
* Process and analyze large datasets for various projects and initiatives
- Identify and resolve issues related to data entry, including errors and discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new processes and procedures
- Support the implementation of new technologies and systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and analysis
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends and patterns
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with RxClaim or similar systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Access
- Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse
- Experience working in a matrixed environment
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and best practices
