Job Summary
As a Thrive Apprentice in arenaflex's Data Analyst program, you'll be responsible for working on a range of projects, from data analysis and visualization to business intelligence and data science. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in a variety of tools and technologies, including G-Suite, Scene, Succeed, Gmail, and Qlik. Our program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the data analysis process, from data cleaning and mining to data visualization and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
As a Thrive Apprentice, you'll be expected to:
- Work with a range of tools and technologies, including G-Suite, Scene, Succeed, Gmail, and Qlik
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Participate in peer reviews and feedback sessions to refine your skills and knowledge
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of data analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Work with specialized staff and coaches to master work environment skills and tools
Day-to-Day Activities
As a Thrive Apprentice, your day-to-day activities may include:
- Working with data visualization tools, such as Scene and Qlik
- Developing and maintaining data models, including data cleaning and mining
- Creating and presenting data visualizations and reports to stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Participating in peer reviews and feedback sessions to refine your skills and knowledge
- Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of data analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices
What We're Looking For
To be considered for the Thrive Apprentice Program, you'll need to have:
- A strong foundation in data analysis and visualization
- Experience with G-Suite, Scene, Succeed, Gmail, and Qlik
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics
- A strong understanding of data analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with coding languages, such as Python or R
- Experience with data science tools, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as D3.js or Matplotlib
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
