The Role

As a remote chat support agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing timely and effective support via live chat. You'll work independently, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge to resolve customer queries and concerns. With full training provided, you'll have access to a comprehensive knowledge base and a supervisor who's always available to offer guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their queries

  • Use a document with answers to commonly asked questions to quickly and efficiently resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with supervisors to resolve complex customer concerns and provide exceptional support
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with customers
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) an asset

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or live chat environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work 10 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English preferred)
