Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and promoting our products and services. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity that requires a high level of autonomy, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a pipeline of customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide support to internal and external clients with account management, transactions, documentation, and technical assistance
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer issues related to products and services, charging, account questions, or record exchanges with minimal escalation
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Provide data and insights to management and internal stakeholders to inform business decisions and improve customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to customers

Required Capabilities

* 6 years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High level of Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment

  • Knowledge of financial services products and services
  • Experience with line management or team leadership
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in a high-speed, activity-based environment
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools

Work Arrangements

* This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a flexible schedule

  • Shift hours may vary to accommodate business needs, and occasional overtime may be required
  • This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of remote and on-site work
  • Position locations are listed above, and relocation assistance is not available for this role
