As a part-time Associate Level position, we're looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles who can bring their expertise and enthusiasm to our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our passengers receive exceptional service and support throughout their travel experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assisting customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues they may encounter during their travel experience.
  • Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure smooth and seamless customer service delivery.
  • Using people management skills to de-escalate tense situations and provide solutions that satisfy the customer.
  • Conducting research on customer concerns and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our services.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting and analysis purposes.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the airline industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent research skills to gather information and provide informed solutions to customers.
  • A commitment to upholding high standards of service and striving for excellence in all aspects of the job.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business, or communications) preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role.

  • Familiarity with airline operations and procedures.
  • Knowledge of travel industry software and systems.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
