Software Engineer, Engineering Rotational Program

Mercury Systems is a technology company that makes the world a safer, more secure place. They are seeking a recent college graduate to join their Engineering Rotational Program, where the Software ERP Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and create advanced technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute innovative ideas and state of the art thinking to improve business performance
  • Deliver leading edge, integrated solutions that meet customer needs
  • Participate in programs, projects, and initiatives aligned with Mercury's culture and strategy
  • Stay informed on industry trends and ensure Mercury's best practices are met or exceeded
  • Rotate through multiple technical disciplines to broaden skills and experience

Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer engineering obtained within the last 12 months
  • A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review process
  • Prior Co-Op or internship experience
  • Experience presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
  • Demonstrated initiative through academic projects, internships, or process improvements
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or engineering concepts
  • This position requires you to be able to obtain a government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens
