[Remote] Collection Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RemoteHunter is seeking Remote Collections Specialists to join their fast-growing teams. The role involves making outbound and taking inbound calls to collect payments for medical and non-medical accounts.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and timely to perform collections
- Use negotiating and customer service skills to achieve positive results
- Comply with FDCPA, FCRA, HIPPA, and other applicable laws
Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service with public contact
- Ability to accurately enter and update data on company or client systems
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Customer service focused
- Flexible scheduling, including evenings and Saturdays as required
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Broadband internet connection with hard wired connection (no Wi-Fi or hotspots), minimum 40 mbps download and 5 mbps upload speeds
- Must keep camera on from training start through each shift, with some exceptions; post-training camera use as directed
