Job Overview

The Information Curation group at arenaflex is responsible for building datasets that will be used to train brain organizations to address significant Full-Self-Driving (FSD) issues. As a Database Engineer and Infrastructure Services specialist, you will play a critical role in developing strategies to collect high-quality data, creating training materials, and analyzing data to improve self-driving tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble large, clean, diverse, and balanced datasets to improve various self-driving tasks
• Design strategies to collect data from engineering resources and the customer fleet
• Create training materials to teach Information Collection teams how to secure specific data
• Train up to hundreds of staff on the techniques/methods that you designed
• Develop examining and filtering techniques to ensure data is excellent
• Collaborate on the development and testing of assessments to verify social improvements to the task you are handling
• Maintain a tight feedback loop with Information Collection, AI Engineering, and Test teams to ensure new datasets really improve Self-Driving
• Write data queries to mine data from the fleet (Python, JSON-C) and analyze telemetry to measure performance and progress of improving various self-driving tasks
• Conduct in-vehicle testing to support engineering development
• Produce reports that convey top issues, release blockers, progress, and next steps for various projects

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Math, or evidence of exceptional skills in a related field
• Ability to thrive in a quickly changing environment with high ambiguity; self-starter mindset
• Experience with Python, Pandas, NumPy, SQL, Git, Grafana, and ElasticSearch
• Understanding of AI and self-driving fundamentals
