About the Role
As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
- Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.
- Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt.
- Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
- Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
- Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
- Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
- Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
- Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings.
- Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.
- Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role.
- Perform related work as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes.
- Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
