Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting directly with patients to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and promote our services. This role requires a high level of independence, self-motivation, and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions. You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions and therapy changes, while maintaining our company's reputation for high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients

  • Conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, working closely with patients and the Specialty Projects Team
  • Perform numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies
  • Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, while proactively gaining patient and order information
  • Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education
  • Resolve patient and customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to a pharmacist as needed
  • Provide routine assessment and problem identification, with a focus on delivering personalized solutions that meet the unique needs of each patient

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone

  • 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application
  • Must reside in the state of Nevada
  • Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting

  • Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering personalized solutions that meet the unique needs of each patient
