Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Support customers over the phone, identify their issues, and help resolve them
- Assist with questions related to customers' phones, tablets, and computers
- Record customer inquiries to keep our systems up-to-date
- Work towards established goals to help you develop professionally
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Danish (written and spoken)
- Residency in Denmark (please note that you will work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad)
- High level of English proficiency
- Interest in technology and a willingness to take on technical challenges
- Knowledge of good customer service and a motivation to deliver it
- A quiet workspace with a stable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with technology and software applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
