The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions with customers will be critical to building trust and loyalty. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our Outside Sales Representatives to gather information and provide quotes to customers
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information using industry-based software programs
  • Preparing and presenting quotes to customers, ensuring that all necessary information is included
  • Assisting customers with questions and concerns about their orders
  • Performing administrative and office support activities, such as data entry and filing

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express empathy and understanding when communicating with customers
  • Strong attention to detail and great follow-through ability
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive approach to customer service, with a focus on anticipating and meeting customer needs

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in the construction industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of engineered wood roof and floor trusses
  • Familiarity with industry-based software programs
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
